We had a very nice holiday that we loved to benefit from its hot pools. The only repair that broke the calm in the hotel was, but everything was fine other than that. The focus is standard but sufficient, the buffet is crowded but not bad. A 5-star hotel you can choose to stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was very disappointing. Not a 5 star. Aircons didn't work. When,we asked reception. They said if you want air-conditioning open windows. The break fast was in a hall and was packed for both dinner n lunch . Very poor standards. Expected so much more

Reached hotel quite late after a long drive from antalya. Visited the famous pools before reaching hotel. Fairly large hotel. Loads of buses of tourists. Evertthing was booked and aminities overpacked. Couldnt make use of all.amenities. Covid taught us many things we didnt wish to be cramped into one plavd. Lovely clean baths and beds.7h

Very cold staff, poorly managed room, pathetic dining menu,to my surprise there is non water with dinner. There no tagging of food to distinguish between veg & non veg food.there is very dim light in rooms. Rooms are very small, I would not recommend this hotel. This is not the value for money.

This hotel is mainly used by the tourism industry thus, bus loads of tourists. Despite having the complimentary thermal pool and spa/sauna facilities which I was looking forward to, unfortunately, it was too crowded to enjoy. Too many kids jumping in the pool ignoring instructions of staff on duty to shower first before going in the pool. My room was the very first room next to the reception/lobby and I can hear every noise, conversation, every footstep, suitcases being dragged along my wing. Needless to stay, not much sleep. My cramped basic room smelled like a combination of pets and smoke. The windows open to the rear parking lot. 2 complimentary water bottle. Room equipped with coffee maker and tiny fridge. Our included breakfast and dinner was satisfactory. So glad to be here only for 1 night.
